announces a change in its board of directors with the addition of 
Dr. G. Orbell and Mr. M. Sinclair effective October 15, 2002. Mr. 
J. Brussa and Mr. M. Nunns have resigned their positions on the 
Antrim Board also effective October 15, 2002. In addition, Dr. R. 
Walls resigned from the Antrim Board effective September 30th 
2002. The Board of Directors wish to thank the past members of the
Board for their valuable contribution to Company over the past 
several years. 

Based in the UK, Dr. Orbell brings a wealth of international 
experience to the Antrim Board having served on the boards of 
London-based Premier Oil plc, Fina Petroleum Development Ltd. and 
Fina Exploration Ltd. Dr. Orbell is joined by Mr. M. Sinclair, 
President of Quest Investment Corporation, a Vancouver-based 
Merchant Bank. Mr. Sinclair's appointment is expected to add 
significantly to the financial strength of the Antrim Board. 

The board terminated the special committee, which was announced in
June this year to plot the future strategic direction of the

will commence on its major oil and gas target in Tunisia in 
November this year. Antrim has 34% working interest in this
